HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We have our inventory in several warehouses within the US, Europe, and Asia to provide a good buying experience. In some cases wherein the product ordered is not available in our local warehouse the order will be fulfilled via our overseas location. Irrespective of our warehouse location your order will be delivered to you with in the time frame you choose while selecting the Shipping Method. 

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.

Please expect to wait up to: 60 days* for Countries like Brazil with a slower postal system.

Please also be aware that the postage time does not include handling and processing prior shipment.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Just click on "Track My Order" on the top menu on Trendsellerz.com to find the real-time update of your shipment. We will also be updating you via Email regarding the status of your Order so make sure that you've added Trendsellerz® to you Email contacts - After all We're friends, Aren't We?

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive an e-mail with all your required tracking numbers once your items have been shipped. Handling and processing your order often takes 1-2 days but may take up to 5 days on a busy week.

Please feel free to contact us via the blue "Contact Us" messenger button located on the bottom right of your web page to check the status of your order.

Here at Trendsellerz® sometimes we ship from our warehouses in different locations. If you've ordered multiple products it is likely your items will have separate tracking numbers and will arrive within a few days of each other.

MY PARCEL ARRIVED BUT I'M MISSING ONE OF MY ITEMS!

No stress! This is normal and your remaining items are on its way.

You may have received multiple tracking numbers. Please be sure to check the status of each delivery for more information!

WILL THERE BE TAXES/DUTIES ON MY PRODUCT?

Due to the small stated value amounts entered by our fulfillment center it is not often that our customers receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control. 

In the rare event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact costs of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

BACKORDERS?

Sometimes an item is so popular it gets snagged up before we know it!  Don't worry we promise to get it to you as soon as possible! We know the anticipation of your new items arriving is exciting and we very much appreciate your patience! 

If the item is back-ordered longer than two weeks, a refund can be issued upon request to info@trendsellerz.com.

ORDERS WITH INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT UPDATING ONLINE?

Please allow 4-7 days for your tracking number to be updated in their system once your shipping confirmation email is received. 

Please be assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order has in fact shipped.

COVID-19 OR CORONAVIRUS AFFECTING DELIVERY?

There are certain delays on all carriers due to the global pandemic of COVID-19 (aka coronavirus). However, We are working around the clock with our shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. These times are certainly challenging but we hope we can get by this temporary phase and keep delighting you with our best service possible. We are sincerely thankful for your continued support and business.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We love what we do and we want you to love your items! If the product isn't used and is in it's original packaging, unworn, with no visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be returned within 60 days after arrival for a Full Refund

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All denied returns or returns received after 90 days will be donated to charity.

Your order number must be notated in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 90 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at info@trendsellerz.com for a replacement item or a refund to be issued. Also send photos of damaged items and packaging it arrived in. (USPS requires this to file a claim). It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. 

Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at info@trendsellerz.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We only exchange items if they are not defective or damaged. Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return (please see "Return" FAQ for instructions) and you can place an order for the new item you would like on our website.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept both Paypal and all major Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.  When you view your card/bank statement the transaction will appear as: Trendsellerz/Quirkup for all transactions.

To get your items packed and out to you as soon as possible, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. IS THIS SITE SAFE AND SECURE?

Yes! We love you and want to keep you and your personal information safe. The solution to this problem is to encrypt your sensitive data for transmission.  Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) was created for this very purpose. SSL uses a complex system of key exchanges between your browser and the server you are communicating with in order to encrypt and protect your data. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
